What we collect and why

When you submit the quote form, we collect your name, email address, premises type, and town or district, plus your phone number and any extra details if you choose to give them. We use this to pass your enquiry to one or more independent fire risk assessors so they can contact you with a quote.

We also record which page and which form on that page you submitted (hero or bottom of the page), so we can see which pages and content are useful — this is for our own site improvement, not shared externally.

Who we share it with

We share your quote form details with one or more independent fire risk assessors who work in the area you've named, so they can contact you directly. We don't sell your details, and we don't share them with anyone else.

Lawful basis and retention

We rely on your consent, given by ticking the consent box on the form, as our lawful basis for sharing your details with assessors. We keep submitted enquiries for as long as reasonably needed to handle your request, and delete them after that unless we're required to keep them for longer.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us using the details above to do any of these, and we'll respond within the timeframe the law requires.
